In this course, you will learn the very basics of piano playing through pre-recorded video lessons. You will familiarise with different names of the notes on the piano and will learn about chords and scales. You will develop the ability to sight read and play simple melodies on the piano, and learn how to play two pop/rock songs.

• A keyboard or a piano
• A metronome - a physical metronome or a digital metronome application on your phone (you can download the app called Pro Metronome on your phones). Some of your keyboards/digital pianos might have an in-built metronome.
• A phone to record your performance on video. We recommend the Dolby On App (android & iOS) for high quality recordings.
• Broadband internet connection (recommended)
